I rarely read The Tidings, especially these days when I'm hanging on the Catholicism by a fraying thread, but I just happened to click on it just now and, wow.
On the front page of the website, no less, there is -- I hope you're sitting -- an op-ed wherein the archbishop of San Francisco explains to us why Nancy Pelosi (and others "within the Catholic community") have a misconception about free will. Turns out, there's an asterisk by murder. Who knew?
I'm sure Nancy and she has seen the light now She's somewhere confessing and weeping for three solid days, just like St. Ignatius did.
Unless, of course, she doesn't read The Tidings.
But either way, the GUTS that must have taken!

God Bless Niederauer!

Actually, I was being sarcastic. I'll be impressed when he tells her to sit her @ss down and shut her mouth, in the communion line and elsewhere.

What I'd like to know is: how long does this oh-so-gentle "pastoral" approach need to go on? How many years has it been already since Niederauer replied to the first complaints about Pelosi by claiming that he didn't know what her position on abortion really was? Four years? Five? How long, O Lord?
It's SUCH a good thing the real Head of the Catholic Church is Jesus, not his bishops.

In fact no matter what kind of ball will not affect the result of the game, but the jersey represent the team and the image of the nation, people have to regard him as one of the most important games.
